AN EXITICING TRIP TO CHUNCHUNKATTE

I had just finished my sslc exam and you certainly know that one has to put lot of efforts for that exam. So, I was exhusted and wanted some refreshment. Hence, I was searching a place which would provide an exiting expierence. When I was seaeching for such a place I came to know about 'Chunchunkatte'. It is a place near K.R.Nagar. We set out from mysore at 2 pm and reached the place at 3:10pm. The road is excellent till K.R.Nagar and road becomes worst as you proceed. You have to ask any locals and move or else you will land up in a diffrent locality as there is no signboards to guide you. There is a beautifull waterfalls and Sri Kodanda Rama Temple.

Unfortunately, the temple was closed. The temple would be opened from 5pm. But my sorrows were forgotten when I saw the wonderfull waterfall. The falls is short but very swift. One can reach the top of  falls through light trekking. When you reach the top of falls you can get the glimpse of the river, falls and the surrounding sceanary. It could be difficult to reach the top of the falls during rainy season. Swimming in the river is very dangerous as the river is fast moving and swift. For this reason electricity production is done. We left for Mysore at 4:25pm and reached at 6.
